Eastbuild Designer Homes is the winner of the 2021 HIA Cairns Home of the Year for an impressive nine-bedroom home announced tonight at the HIA-Pioneer North Queensland Cairns Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards.

The winning bespoke resort-style residence has a breathtaking 25-metre pool boasting the finest stone and marble finishes.

The detail throughout the home was carefully considered and delivered with perfection.

Eastbuild Designer Homes had a night to remember, taking out an impressive haul of awards for the luxurious home in Palm Cove including Custom Built Home of the Year, Bathroom of the Year, Outdoor Project of the Year, Custom Built Home over $1,000,001, and New Bathroom Over 8sqm.

Together with Pacific Kitchens, they also won an additional three awards for the joinery projects in the home including New Kitchen over $50,001, Outdoor Kitchen and Interior Cabinetry.
